2026 Inde End of Year Celebration

About the Event

As another successful year comes to an end, we would love to bring everyone together to celebrate the achievements, growth, and milestones we have accomplished as a team. It is an opportunity to reflect on the year that's been, recognise our success, and enjoy time with colleagues and partners before the holiday season.

The day will kick off with a fun team and partners photo challenge around Christchurch CBD, followed by an afternoon and evening of food, drinks, and celebration at the Tai Tapu Hotel. If you want to continue on, Inde is shouting food and drinks at Winnie Bagoes Welles Street. We hope you can join us for what is promised to be a fantastic day together.

About the Photo Challenge

You'll be allocated into teams and provided with a map and a list of photo tasks to complete around the Christchurch CBD. Each team will receive a mystery accessory that must feature in every photo. You'll have 1.5 hours to capture as many creative shots as possible before returning for judging. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative and best overall team photos!

The Tap - Tai Tapu

We will be spending the afternoon at The Tap in Tai Tapu, where we will come together to celebrate this year's achievements. From 1:00PM to 5:00PM, there will be opportunities to socialise, take part in fun activities, and time to connect with colleagues while celebrating the successes and milestones we have achieved together throughout the year.

Winnie Bagoes

For those who would like to continue the celebrations, an optional dinner will be held at Winnie Bagoes, 40 Welles Street at 6:00PM following the afternoon activities. Join us for a relaxed evening of great food, drinks, and conversations as we unwind, and continue celebrating another successful year together.

Below is the schedule for the day, starting with a photo challenge in Christchurch CBD before heading to the Tai Tapu Hotel for food, drinks, and festivities.

Meet in Cathedral Square (in front of Tūranga library) for a team and partners photo challenge. Make sure to have a fully charged phone and comfortable walking shoes. Teams will be provided an accessory to represent their team.
12:30PM

Buses Depart

Buses Depart
Buses depart for the Tai Tapu Hotel promptly at 12:30pm from 60 Catherdral Square.
1:00PM-5:00PM

Tai Tapu Hotel

We'll gather at the Tai Tapu Hotel for an afternoon of celebrations. Enjoy lunch and drinks while taking part in fun activities, catching up with colleagues, and celebrating another fantastic year together in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Buses depart Tai Tapu Hotel and return to Winnie Bagoes, 40 Welles Street, to drop off those attending the dinner, then will continue back to BreakFree on Cashel.

For those keen to continue the festivities into the evening, an optional dinner will be held at Winnie Bagoes. Food and drinks will be provided, making it the perfect opportunity to enjoy more time with colleagues.
